Number of questions: 93We are a small retail store in Ontario, Canada using the Yealink HD W56H phones. We have three in the store. Every hour they seem to stop working and we have to restart all three phones/take them off the docks sometimes to get them working again. We have to do this at least once every couple of hours. All three phones are always charged. What could be the issue in this situation? We have customers trying to call the store and they cannot get through to the line. Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This issue has been occurring for the last few weeks. The phones themselves are approximately one and a half years old, to give your team some perspective.
