Concerning Registration memory on the PSR E 475. The instructions say: Enter a registration number (1-8) Then while holding down the Memory button, select aa bank number (1-4). The problem is, when I select a registration number, (1-8) the number pad does not allow me access to a number - so I cannot select the bank number I want. How di I get access to the number pad? All I get is a group of voice selections, depending on which number I try to chose. I follow the instructions exactly as they are explained but cannot find success.
