I just replaced a TP-Link TL-MR100 modem at my home, I try to link all my home smart devices to the router, all the devices can control within the network but only the last device links is able to control outside the network, please advise

Sim card Network Signal Strength observed low as this TL MR100 modem is placed inside a metal frame housing. Internet speed is low because of it. Does it have any extended antenna available of 3 to 4 meter wire length to boost the signal strength. This antenna we can extend out of the housing for getting good network strength. Please suggest.
Router in screws open
Hi, would you help me solving the problem using the NAT forwarding for this product. The WAN IP appears in this unit from my provider is different from the IP add that google is giving me when I search my IP. I follow the procedures from this manual setting up the NAT forwarding but I can't connect.My WAN IP: 10.100.52.208MY IP from Google: 14.0.173.104My PC IP: 192.168.1.100Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1Camera: 192.168.1.3 Port: 8000I would appreciate if you will guide me setting up this unit.
