The plastic handle has cracked when tensioning the rack to the tow ball it was tight and not swiveling when bikes went on so took them off and adjusted the tension checked all was on the tow ball properly when I pushed back down the plastic cracked above the 2 metal pieces that rely on the top plastic casing to push and lock down. Is this common and can and how much is this part also noticed before it happened the left hand corner of casing closest to car directly left of rear Allen key bolt.
