My Thule Slide-Out Step V18 12V is stuck in the open/out position on my 2019 Roadtrek Zion LPZD on 2018 Ram ProMaster chassis. The step will not retract when the door is closed or the vehicle is in motion. Is there a manual release to get it in the "in" position?
