SousVide

SousVide ist eine Methode Lebensmittel in vakuumierten folienverschweißten Beu-
teln bei niedrigen Temperaturen über längere Zeit zu garen. Der Stromverbrauch bei
kaltem Wasser das auf 63°C aufgeheizt und über 24 Stunden betrieben wird beträgt
nur 2,9 kWatt! Durch die Vakuumverpackung, die langsame Garung und die rundum
Wärmeübertragung vom Wasser auf das Lebensmittel wird das Wachstum von Bakte-
rien reduziert. Die Salze, der Eigengeschmack und die Saftigkeit bleiben erhalten!
In diesem Gerät nur Folienverschweißte Lebensmittel er-
wärmen. Auf eine Dichte Schweißnaht achten!
