Risoluzione dei problemi

Per risolvere problemi come: assenza di
immagine, assenza di suono, immagine
bloccata, nessuna reazione ai comandi, o
problemi di connessione alla rete, provare ad
eseguire le seguenti operazioni.

1 Riavviare il televisore premendo il tasto di

accensione sul telecomando finché non viene
visualizzato un messaggio. Il televisore si
riavvia. Se il televisore non si ripristina,
provare a scollegare il cavo di alimentazione
per due minuti e ricollegarlo.

2 Consultare il menu Guida premendo il tasto

HELP sul telecomando.

3 Connettere il televisore a Internet ed eseguire

l’aggiornamento del software.

4 Consultare il sito Web di assistenza Sony (le

informazioni sono fornite nella copertina
posteriore).
Quando viene visualizzato il messaggio [È
disponibile un aggiornamento per il software
del TV...].
Sony raccomanda vivamente di aggiornare il
software del televisore selezionando [Aggiorna
subito]. Questi aggiornamenti del software
migliorano le prestazioni del televisore o
aggiungono nuove funzioni.
Viene visualizzata la seguente schermata con
[Updating…] (Aggiornamento…) l’indicatore LED
lampeggia in bianco durante l’aggiornamento
del software.
Non scollegare il cavo di alimentazione CA
durante l’aggiornamento del software. Se il cavo
viene scollegato, l’aggiornamento del software
potrebbe non essere completato correttamente
e potrebbero verificarsi malfunzionamenti del
software. Gli aggiornamenti del software
possono impiegare fino a 15 minuti.
Alla prima accensione, o dopo un periodo
d’inattività, è possibile che il televisore non si
accenda immediatamente anche se si preme
il tasto di accensione sul telecomando oppure
sul televisore.
L’inizializzazione del sistema necessita di un po’
di tempo. Attendere circa un minuto, quindi
riprovare.

Problemi e soluzioni

Se l’indicatore LED lampeggia in rosso.
Contare il numero di lampeggi (l’intervallo è di tre
secondi).
Riavviare il televisore scollegando il cavo di
alimentazione per due minuti, quindi accendere il
televisore.
Se il problema persiste, scollegare il cavo di
alimentazione e rivolgersi al rivenditore o al
centro servizi Sony comunicando il numero di
volte in cui l’illuminazione del LED lampeggia.
Non si ricevono i canali del digitale terrestre/
TV via cavo.
Controllare i collegamenti dell’antenna/TV via
cavo.
Selezionare il servizio terrestre/via cavo
premendo il tasto DIGITAL/ANALOG sul
telecomando. Se il servizio di trasmissione non
viene visualizzato, premere TV, quindi premere
DIGITAL/ANALOG.
Il segnale terrestre potrebbe essere soppresso se
è presente un forte segnale nelle vicinanze.
Dopo essersi trasferiti in una nuova casa o dopo
aver cercato di ricevere nuovi servizi, tentare una
ricerca del servizio selezionando [Ricerca
automatica dei canali TV DTT].
Impossibile ricevere il servizio satellitare.
Controllare il collegamento del cavo satellitare.
Quando viene visualizzato il messaggio [Nessun
segnale. Rilevato sovraccarico LNB...], scollegare il
cavo di alimentazione. Quindi, assicurarsi che il
cavo satellitare non sia danneggiato e che la linea
del segnale satellitare non sia in corto circuito nel
connettore satellitare.
Il telecomando non funziona.
Sostituire le batterie.
Il tasto EXT.BOX MENU del telecomando non
funziona.
Collegare e configurare il ripetitore del
telecomando (solo modelli con ripetitore del
telecomando in dotazione) (pagina 11).
Collegare un dispositivo compatibile HDMI CEC
(tranne modelli con ripetitore del telecomando in
dotazione) e passare a questo ingresso.
