Audio settings — Audio setup “ A UDIO SETUP” allo ws you to adjust th e sound
accord ing to pl aybac k condit ions an d connect ed
equipm ent.
Select “ ” (A UD IO SET UP) in the Set up
menu, then select the desir ed sett ing item.

A UDIO A TT (attenuation)
Reduces the audi o output level if the playb ack
soun d is distor ted.
This setting affe cts the outputs of FRONT/REAR
AUDIO OUT.
A UDIO DRC (Dynami c Range Contr ol)
Make s the sou nd clea r when t he v olume is tu rned
down when playing a D VD that c onforms to
“ A UDIO DRC. ”
This setting af fects the outputs of FR ONT /REAR
A UDIO OUT .
DO W NMIX
Switches the method f or mixing do wn to 2
chan nels w hen you p lay a DVD which has rear
soun d eleme nts (ch annels ) or is re cord ed in
Dolb y Digital fo rmat. F or deta ils on the rear
signal compo nents, see “Ch ecking the progr am
form at” (p age 20 ). This setting affects the ou tput
of FR ON T/REAR A UDIO OUT .

con nectio n and rep lace the fus e. If th e fuse blows
