Resuming playback — Resume play The unit store s the point where y ou stopp ed
playba ck for up to 20 di scs, an d star ts res uming
pla yba ck even afte r th e un it is turn ed off, or the
disc be ing pla yed is ejec ted.

“CUSTOM SETUP ” to “OF F” (pag e 28), pr ess

Select the desired chapter on th e D VD menu or
the T op men u depe ndin g on t he di sc.
Notes
• MP3 playback will star t from the beginning of the last
track that was played.
• T o use the resume playback, make sur e that
“MUL T I-DIS C RES UME” in “CUSTOM SET UP” is
set to “O N” (pag e 28).
• When stori ng a resum e poin t for the 21st disc, the
stored r esume point for the 1st disc is cleared
automa tically .
• The res ume pl a ybac k i s cance led wh en t he sett ing
for the paren tal controls is change d.
• Depe nding on the disc or scene, you can not use the
resume playback.
• If pa rental control is appl ied, the resume p layback
functi on dose no t work. In this case, payback star ts
from th e begn ning of the disc when you inse r t the
disc.
Tip
When CD , MP 3 files, or JPEG fil es are played, the unit
tent ativ ely stor es th e resu me poi nt f or t he dis c bei ng
played. Once the unit is tu rn ed off or the di sc is
ejected, th e store d resu me point for the disc is
cleared.
