I have used this machine regularly with no problem - until today. When I switched it on, both the red and green lights came on and then suddenly both went out. The heating elements are not now working at all. I have replaced the fuse - no good. The wiring appears intact. The machine has not been dropped or physically damaged in any way. It simply will not work at all. Is there any easy step I can take to get it working again?
