Zur Aktivierung Ihrer
ONYX EASY halten Sie
eine beliebige Taste
2 Sekunden gedrückt.
Durch Dcken der
Tasten Plus und
Minus wechseln Sie
zwischen den Mes.
Zum Öffnen eines
Menüpunktes drücken
Sie eine der (oberen)
beiden Navigations-
tasten.
Im oberen Display
erscheint nun die
aktuelle Tasten-
belegung.
Drücken Sie erneut, um
z.B ein Me zu öffnen.
Wenn Sie die Uhr kennen,
machen Sie einfach einen
schnellen Doppelklick.

2, 4 und 3 gleichzeitig drücken.

Um die Sprache mittels Tastenkürzel zu ändern,
muss sich die ONYX EASY im Sleep Modus befinden!

1, 2 und 4 gleichzeitig drücken.
1. Uhr-Format
Im 12 h-Modus können Sie sehen, ob die Uhrzeit
den Vormittag (AM) oder Nachmittag (PM)
anzeigt.
2. Wecker
Das Weckersymbol zeigt Ihnen, dass die Weck-
funktion aktiviert ist.
3. Stoppuhr
Ist das Stoppuhrsymbol zu sehen, uft die
Stoppuhr.

Ist das Countdownsymbol zu sehen, zählt der
von Ihnen eingestellte Zeitabschnitt rückwärts
bis auf Null.
5. Menüindikation
Diese Indikationsleiste zeigt Ihnen an welcher
Stelle des jeweiligen Menüs Sie sich befinden.

Displaybeleuchtung

Lichtfunktion aktivieren /deaktivieren

Benutzen Sie die Lichtfunktion möglichst
sparsam, da der Batterieverbrauch bei
eingeschalteter Hintergrundbeleuchtung
deutlich höher ist.

Hinweise zum Training mit der

ONYX EASY

Trainingszonen
k Fat-Burning / Gesundheit: 55–70 % der HF max.
Ausrichtung: Wellness r (Wieder-) Einsteiger. Diese Zone
wird auch „Fettverbrennungszone“ genannt. Hier wird der
aerobe Stowechsel trainiert. Bei langer Dauer und geringer
Intensität werden mehr Fette als Kohlenhydrate verbrannt bzw.
in Energie umgewandelt.
k Fitness-Zone / Fitness: 70–80 % der HF max.
Ausrichtung: Fitness für Fortgeschrittene. In der Fitness-Zone
trainieren Sie bereits deutlich intensiver. Ein Herz Kreislauf
Training in dieser Zone dient der Srkung der Grundlagenaus
dauer und somit der Verbesserung der aeroben Leistungsfähig
keit.
k Individuell:
Hier nnen Sie individuell Ihre persönliche Ober- und Unter
grenze der Trainingszone frei einstellen.

Starting the ONYX EASY

Your ONYX EASY
is switched off.
To activate your
ONYX EASY, hold
down any button
for 2 seconds.
You can change
between the menus
by pressing the plus
and minus buttons.
To open a menu
item, press on of the
two (top) navigation
buttons.
The current button
allocation now
appears in the top
part of the display.
Press again to open a
menu for example. If you
know the time, simply
do a quick double click.

In order to change the language using a code,
the ONYX EASY must be in sleep mode!
k French
Press 1, 4 and 3 simultaneously.
k Italian
Press 1, 2 and 3 simultaneously.
k Spanish
Press 1, 2 and 4 simultaneously.
1. Time format
In 12-hour mode you can see whether the time
shows morning (AM) or afternoon (PM).
2. Alarm
The alarm symbol shows you that the alarm
function is activated.
3. Stop watch
If the stop watch symbol can be seen,
the stop watch is running.

Summary of display layout

4. Countdown
If the countdown symbol can be seen, the time
period set by you is counting backwards to zero.
5. Menu indication
This indication bar shows you what point you
are at in the respective menu.

Activating /deactivate the light
Press the plus and minus buttons simultaneously.
Use the light as sparingly as possible, as the
battery is used up much faster when the backlight
is switched on.

Training zones
k Fat-Burning / Health: 55–70 % of HR max
Designed for: health for people who are new to training (or
starting again). This zone is also called the “fat burning zone”
and it trains the aerobic metabolism. More fat than carbo-
hydrate is burned or converted to energy over longer
times at lower intensity.
k Fitness zone / Fitness: 70–80 % of HR max
Designed for: advanced fitness enthusiasts. You train much
more intensively in the fitness zone. Cardiovascular training
in this zone is aimed at building basic stamina and thus impro
ving aerobic performance.
k Individual:
Here you are free to set your own personal upper and lower
limits for the training zone.
