Our copier will not copy says close center cover. I have opened and closed several times and we have shut off turned back on also unplugged from this message will not go away and also we can not copy.

How do you change the drawer that comes up to copy. Right now it automatically comes up to a 8 x 14 paper when we want one of the 8 1/2 x 11 drawers
