Hello yes, indeed I have a question. It's driving me crazy. I'm using the x-Tatic S7 with the PS4 for multiplayer gaming and the problem is, I can't control the volume of the other people talking. I did everything as it was advised on the manual but if I connect the controller with via the stereo connection cable with the headset, the sound is far too loud and distorted and the two wheels on the headset's controller have no effect on the volume of the chat, and if I don't connect with the PS4 controller the chat is far too quiet. What am I doing wrong?
I cannot raise the volume for gaming on ps4, when I turn on my playstation the volume is very loud on my headphones and then after I sign in to psn the volume instantly goes into a set low volume and I cannot turn it up. PLEASE help. I have checked every setting and nothing is working
