Your Shark vacuum cleaner losing suction power can be due to the following causes: - The suction power is not set to maximum - The dust container or dust bag is full - The hose, brush or tube is clogged
A clean filter is important to maintain the vacuum cleaner's suction power. Therefore, check the filter regularly. When a filter is clogged, dust absorption decreases and energy consumption increases.
A commonly used method is to put a little washing powder in the dust container or the dust bag.
For allergy sufferers, vacuuming the house at least twice a week is recommended.
First, insert the wand into the floor nozzle until it clicks into place. Then, attach the handheld portion to the wand by aligning the tabs and firmly pressing them together.
To empty the dust cup, hold it over a trash bin and press the release button located on the top of the dust cup. Gently shake the cup to ensure all debris falls out, and then securely reattach it to the vacuum.
Turn off and unplug the vacuum before removing the filters. Press the release button located near the bottom of the handheld portion and slide the cover off. Take out the foam and felt filters, rinse them under cold water, and let them air dry completely before reinstalling.
Regularly check the brush roll for any tangled hair, strings, or debris. To remove the brush roll, press the release button on the side and lift it out. Clean the brush roll by cutting away any entangled materials with scissors and wiping it with a damp cloth. Make sure it spins freely before reinserting.
Yes, the vacuum has a suction control slider located on the handheld portion. Sliding it towards the "-" symbol decreases suction power, while sliding it towards the "+" symbol increases the suction power. Adjust it according to your cleaning needs and the surface you're vacuuming.

why does my shark HV322 not include the parts listed on the description in every place it is sold. I did not get a motorized pet brush or any different part for hard wood floor. there is nothing that holds the part on the pole...it's totally different but it is advertised with a different picture and parts description. Is that even legal? I kept on thinking i received the wrong model but the model number is on the bottom of the box....what's up with that?
