Can't find the answer to your question in the manual? You may find the answer to your question in the FAQs about the Shark NV352 below.
Your Shark vacuum cleaner losing suction power can be due to the following causes: - The suction power is not set to maximum - The dust container or dust bag is full - The hose, brush or tube is clogged
A clean filter is important to maintain the vacuum cleaner's suction power. Therefore, check the filter regularly. When a filter is clogged, dust absorption decreases and energy consumption increases.
A commonly used method is to put a little washing powder in the dust container or the dust bag.
For allergy sufferers, vacuuming the house at least twice a week is recommended.
Begin by attaching the handle securely to the body of the vacuum cleaner, ensuring it clicks into place. Then, connect the hose to the designated port until you hear a click. Finally, attach the desired cleaning tool to the end of the hose or extension wand.
The Shark NV352 offers adjustable suction control through the power selector knob located on the front of the vacuum cleaner. Turn the knob to the desired level, ranging from bare floors to thick carpets, to optimize cleaning efficiency.
Begin by unplugging the vacuum cleaner and removing the dust cup. Tap the side of the dust cup to remove any debris, and empty it into a waste bin. Next, rinse both the foam and felt filters underwater until the water runs clear. Allow them to air dry completely before reinstalling.
Firstly, make sure the vacuum cleaner is unplugged. Turn the power brush off by using the brushroll indicator switch located on the floor nozzle. Carefully remove any tangled hair, fibers, or debris from the brushroll with a pair of scissors or your fingers. Then, use a damp cloth to wipe the brushroll clean. Make sure it is completely dry before reattaching it to the vacuum cleaner.
Start by checking if the dust cup is full and needs to be emptied. Verify that all hoses and attachments are properly connected and not clogged. Additionally, ensure the brushroll is free from obstructions and rotating as it should. If the problem persists, inspect the filters for blockages or replace them if necessary.

The hose is probably clogged. Detach it and see if you can use a garden-hose to push the clog out.
