I changed the batteries on the device today and then wanted to take a blood pressure measurement, but unfortunately without success, as the device generated far too little pressure. What did I do wrong? I ask for a prompt response and explanation. R. Schlichter

Hello! I have just purchased the device and wanted to try it out immediately, but it always stops the inflation process immediately. Obviously, it is not defective. But it stops and does not even measure. Can you tell me what the problem might be? Sanitas sbm 21 Martina Sander
