RF28T5001SR/AA needs a new bottom right door (as I'm looking in) bin. I'm trying to find an exact replacement part. Can you please help me replace my broken bin? Thanks in advance.

I popped out the two tabs that hold the glass at the back using a flathead form the top and was able to slide the glass back from the top to remove for cleaning. Option 2 is to pinch the two tabs that hold the glass form the bottom rear and push them up. Option 3 is hard and people have made videos online that show how complicated this approach is. My opinion, the two tabs can be done without invade the flathead breaks them it’ll be fine. Apparently they’re there to hold the glass during shipping and nothing more.
The ice maker is not making ice. The water supply is on and the ice maker is on. Are we doing something wrong? Model # RF28T5001SR

homedepot just delivered my rf28t5001sr ref and it is not making ice.
I have had this refridgerator for about 5 months, have had an issue with the icemaker since day 1. Most of the time it barely makes ice, other times it makes too much and gets jammed in the back of the ice bin. Now its been 24 hours and hasnt made a single ice cube. Big problem!
Same problem - brand new 3 weeks - has not made ice yet

I’ve had mine for a year & I couldn’t be happier. This is the best refrigerator I’ve owned. The water supply line was already installed from my previous fridge. It took about 4 hours for ice to start dropping. I’ve never been low on ice since! Love it!!
