when i want to printer it does not pick up the paper . sometime it pick the paper up but only come out half way then give me an error. then after i remove the cartridge is come out and pushing second paper through it happen every time
We took off the cartridge to see what kind it was. We put it back but nom the printer does not work. There is a red light and it makes noise (tok, tok , tok) and there is no message error on our computer. What does that mean?
PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT. printer always indicate no paper load in tray. but will print on single manual feed.
