The RYOBI RM480E is a lawnmower model designed for residential use. It is an electric lawnmower that is powered by a 75Ah battery, providing users with a quiet and emissions-free alternative to traditional gas-powered mowers. With a cutting width of 38 inches, it offers a decent coverage area for medium-sized lawns. The mower is equipped with LED headlights, allowing for increased visibility during early morning or late evening mowing sessions. One notable feature of the RM480E is its adjustable cutting height, which can be set between 1.5 to 4.5 inches. This allows users to customize the height of their grass, depending on their lawn's specific needs. Additionally, the lawnmower offers the convenience of a push-button start and requires minimal maintenance compared to gas-powered counterparts. The RM480E also features a washout port, which makes cleaning the deck a breeze. By connecting a garden hose to the port, users can easily remove built-up grass clippings and debris. This helps ensure optimal cutting performance and extends the lifespan of the lawnmower. The lawnmower comes with a durable steel deck that is designed to withstand regular use and resist corrosion. It also offers a comfortable and ergonomic seating position for the operator, enhancing the overall user experience. While specific additional features and technical specifications may vary, the RYOBI RM480E is generally praised for its quiet operation, eco-friendly design, and ability to effectively maintain medium-sized lawns.

When the grass is longer than 4.5cm, the grass should be cut. The ideal length is between 3 and 4.5cm.
In the spring, the grass should be cut every week, while in the summer once every two weeks is sufficient.
You can, but the result is better in dry weather. When the grass is wet, grass clumps can easily form and clog the mower.
To charge the battery, simply connect the lawnmower to a power outlet using the included charger. Make sure the charger is plugged in and the lawnmower is powered off before charging.
You can adjust the cutting height by using the cutting height adjustment lever located on the side of the lawnmower. Simply move the lever up or down to select your desired cutting height.
If the blades are not cutting evenly, it may be necessary to sharpen or replace them. Refer to the manual for instructions on how to safely sharpen or replace the blades to ensure even cutting.
Start by checking if the battery is fully charged and properly connected. If the battery is charged and connected, check the fuse to ensure it is not blown. Additionally, make sure the safety key is inserted and the handlebar is fully engaged. If the issue persists, consult the manual for further troubleshooting steps.
It is not recommended to use the lawnmower in wet grass or heavy rain, as this can pose a safety risk. Wet grass can cause the lawnmower to slip or become clogged, and operating the lawnmower in heavy rain can cause water damage to the electrical components.
