First time using my new Ronco Rotissie 5500 series. Present from my son and daughter-in-law. I've had an older model for over 20 years. This new one is rotating INCREDIBILIY slow. I have a 4 1/2 lb chicken and it's barely turning. What's the problem? I'm hungry!
