Hello. We've had the GB60 5 months now. The display went a month ago but it was just a loose connection which I fixed. However, in the last couple of weeks I have had a clattery sort of sound when pedalling. Sounds like maybe a chain touching a loose screw (I remember one falling in when I first assembled it). How does one get into the machine, and, once there, do I perhaps need to oil it (and which oil?). Thank you
I get a error message of “E-7” appearing on screen. The screen shows this and nothing else, using any of the buttons doesn’t help.
