Please give me step-by-step instructions to pause, rewind and listen back to DAB radio. This relates to the Pure One Classic Series 2 radio. I cannot understand the manual. Many thanks.

Pure One Classic radio problem. When switched on the display screen lights up but that is all. No sound and no programme display. This happened 2 days ago. Tried again this morning and all was working normally! Switched off for 4 hours and then tried again this afternoon. Switched on and only the display screen lit up and nothing else happens. Moving the mains adapter cable when radio was working made no difference to reception. Could you adise me please as to what might be the problem. Thank you.

The power socket seems to have lost its metal sleeve so the power plug will not slide into the sleeve. How can this be resolved?
