Firmly tighten the Left Pedal counterclockwise into the Left Crank Arm. 3. Adjust the right strap to the desired position and press the ends onto the tabs on the Right Pedal. 4. Adjust the strap on the Left Pedal in the same way. 5. Plug the Power Adapter into the receptacle on the frame of the exercise bike. 6. Inspect the exercise bike to ensure proper assembly and functioning before use. 7. Make sure all parts are properly tightened. 8. Place a mat beneath the exercise bike to protect the floor.
