The camera turns off as soon as I open flap to attach cable. I cannot download photos on to pc because the camera will not turn on with flap open. I have tried resetting but still happens - only used twice.
I have just bought a WP240 for my granddaughter. On loading the memory card it say 'memory card damaged' - but I can successfully use the same card on my MacBook. How do I solve the please?
