I have tried everything I know but I cannot get my H20 to update to the latest firmware, 3.3.1. I cannot even get the upgrade invitation window to appear so that I can tap "Update". Lee

My h10 records my heart rate intermittently. I was running and my HR was recorded for about 40 minutes then it stopped for 25 minutes then it started recording again for the rest of my run. This is the fourth occurrence. The battery is new. So what is the problem????
