How do I setup my microphone so that I can hear and talk into it

Lifting headset off station if says "power off" no dial tone? Placing it back on station it says "power on" But no light showing (far right-desk top). Seems to be charged fully but doesn't work? Please advice.

I have poor internet and WFH due to Covid, so I like to use my cell phone for the audio of a meeting and use TEAMs for screen sharing. I also have a Plantronics SAVI 8210 wireless headset. This used to work until a few months back there was a software update done on my PC and now if I have my Teams screen share it will put the cell phone on hold. If I click over to the phone on my headset it puts the TEAMs screen share on hold. Current work around dont use my wireless headset and just put my phone on speaker while doing my TEAMs screen share. How do it set my head set to allow me to have both screen share in TEAMS and land or cell phone call at the same time?
Will the 8220 work with a Cisco desk phone?
