To resolve this problem, go to the TV's settings menu and locate the Picture settings. Look for the aspect ratio or screen format option and select the correct setting that matches the resolution of the source you are watching. This will ensure that the picture appears properly proportioned.
If the TV's volume is insufficient, try adjusting the audio settings in the settings menu. Look for options like "Virtual Surround" or "Dynamic Range Control" and make sure they are turned on. If the problem persists, consider connecting external speakers or a soundbar to enhance the audio output.

Hi There, i have a Pioneer Plasma - PDP-R05G, which is quite old but still works perfectly. I was wanting to connect a Sonos Play Bar to it for sound when watching movies on the TV. However it connects via Optical cable. Is this supported on the TV? I can't seem to find it, so I'm assuming not.
Hi. My pioneer PDP-R05G is not functioning correctly. I am using a HDTV box and connecting to HDMI input at input 3. When I turn on the TV, it will always go back to channel 1, and the tv is not reacting to the remote control. (The remote is functioning). I will have to remove all connecting cable and power, and reconnect them to get it work for 10 minutes, then the TV will just automatically go back to channel 1 and not reacting to the remote control again. The TV seems working find, and I have changed to other remote, and the remote is not the problem. I think it is the Reciever that has problem. Can this be fixed? And how?
Where do I connect my DVD player and VCR on the back of the media unit please and how do I access either source through my remote. Be most grateful for your attention and any assistance. Thanks
