You have to go into settings for starters and make sure all the Bluetooth options are turned on if you go into settings you'll have your audio and your system settings go into system settings and make sure all the Bluetooth options are turned on once you do that turn on the Bluetooth to your phone and also the radio it may take a couple times for it to hook up or connect but it will just be patient it will ask you if the code is correct just click yes and there you have it!!!
