If there is no sound coming from the speakers of the Pioneer Fayola FS-W50 home cinema set, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Check the input selector on the home cinema set and make sure it is set to the correct position for the terminal to which the player is connected. 2. Verify the digital audio output setting on the connected component, such as a game console. Some consoles may have the default setting for digital audio output set to "OFF". 3. For DVD-Video discs, check if there is a menu option to select the audio output format. Make sure the correct format is selected. 4. Ensure that the power cord of each speaker is properly plugged into the wall outlet. 5. Check the "Wireless Speaker" settings in the System Setup menu to confirm if the speakers are paired correctly. If the connection status is displayed as "---", use the "Wireless Speaker" - "Scan" option to detect the speakers. 6. Depending on the source and current listening mode, the surround speakers may not produce much sound. Try selecting another listening mode to see if sound is output. 7. If the subwoofer is not producing sound, it could be due to the absence of information in the LFE (Low-Frequency Effects) channel of the source material. 8. If you experience noise or interruptions, ensure that you have followed the recommended installation guidelines, such as using only one Freestyle Sound System in a single space and avoiding obstacles between the speakers and the sound system controller. 9. If you hear noise, try repositioning your audio cables and avoid bundling them with power cords or other cables that may cause interference. 10. In some cases, there may be a delay in audio output when receiving HDMI signals. Wait for a moment to allow the audio to start. 11. If the sound suddenly reduces, it could be due to the automatic volume reduction feature that activates when the temperature inside the unit exceeds a certain level for extended periods. 12. If you have changed the sampling frequency to 96 kHz, be aware that regular interruptions or noise may occur depending on the operating conditions. It is recommended to leave the setting at the default 48 kHz.
