My pioneer BDP-LX58 blu-ray has a blue light on around on/off button when it is plugged in to mains. it will not switch on or off or respond to the remote. I have tried everything mentioned online, but to no avail. it is like brand new and has hardly been used over the last 5 years..it was a wonderful 3d player and i wish i could get it repaired, but everyone says that parts are not available as pioneer audio/visual is no longer making products.
