Question and answer
Number of questions: 2After 3 months of acquiring the product, the subwoofer no longer links to the soundbar. I have tried resetting both devices, changing the power cable of the subwoofer and the soundbar, but nothing works. Both devices turn on, I connect the soundbar (and it works) with HDMI to the Phillips television, and the subwoofer also turns on but the rear light keeps blinking and it no longer connects. Initially, it linked without any problems.
The soundbar frequently turns off, when I unplug the power cable and plug it back in, after a few times it starts working again, what could be the cause?
