Make sure the soundbar is properly connected to the TV or audio source. Check that the volume is not muted or set too low. Additionally, ensure the correct input source is selected on both the soundbar and the TV.
Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the soundbar until the LED indicator starts flashing. Firstly, ensure that the power cord of the soundbar is securely plugged into a working power outlet. Check the power switch on the soundbar, making sure it is turned on. If the problem persists, try using a different power outlet or check if the power cord is damaged.
Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) port on the soundbar and the other end to the HDMI ARC port on your TV. Make sure that both devices are powered off before connecting. Once the cable is connected, power on both the soundbar and the TV.

@Danny Hopper You have to unplug both the sound bar and sub for at least 5 minutes. Plug them both in, push and hold the pair button on the sub, then turn the bar on. Make sure the sub is very close to each other or it won't work. I had to do it a couple of times
