Hello, I have a problem with my PHILIPS device, model MG7720/15 (beard trimmer). After plugging it into the power grid, the battery status indicator continuously lights up and shows that the battery is fully charged. But after disconnecting the power unit from the power grid and removing the small plug from the device, it doesn't turn on. I have to leave the device plugged into the power grid for at least an hour and a half (90 minutes) if I want to use it. The battery life for a single use is approximately 10-15 minutes. Even after each recharge, the device doesn't always work, only occasionally. Please advise me on how to solve this issue so that the device works as when purchased. I have owned the device for about 18-19 months. It was purchased at the NAY store and, according to the information available to me, I am the first owner. Thank you in advance for your response and have a pleasant day. Best regards, Viktor Hlavatý

mg7720/15 I just received the product. Plugged it into charge. The LED never turned on and after approximately 5 hours, I unplugged it but it doesn't turn on. It shows no signs of life. Is it defective or am I unable to use it correctly?
