Question and answer
Number of questions: 2A lot of water ends up in the drip tray at the bottom of the coffee machine, despite us placing a cup under it to collect the rinsing water. Is this correct?
I just bought this coffee maker and I don't know what I'm doing wrong because the milk is being heated but not frothed even though I set the highest frothing level. The Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato doesn't have foam on top like in the pictures. Second question, it makes very little coffee even though the highest level is set. Regards.
