I removed and cleaned totally the ground coffee container, but the red display never changes and turns on as soon as the machine is turned on, i cleaned everything throughly but it keeps showing the same red message

Why is machine showing red bean and not making coffee? No issues prior to this, and I have opened it and cleaned out the grinds inside already. Thanks
The display will not change from red beans with right-pointing arrow, and it does not make coffee
my 2 year old Incanto HD 8917 builds up pressure after grinding coffee beans, then stops. some dark drops come out of the nozzles and then the ground coffee goes to the bin. a drop with 2 arrows is indicated, and when V is pressed water comes out of the milk nozzle (I never used milk) then a drawing of the interior is shown. the end nozzles are open. I cleaned everything inside, but clearly not some blocked parts. where are they? kan ik Nederlands praten? my cell is 0034-670371462
the power button in my saeco intenco is red flashing but do not become green and the machine dose not work
