1 Ouvrez le couvercle du réservoir d’eau et remplissez le réservoir avec la quantité d’eau froide
requise (Fig. 7).
Remarque: Ne remplissez pas le réservoir d’eau au-delà de l’indication correspondant à 10tasses.
Remarque: Assurez-vous que la quantité d’eau que vous avez versée dans le réservoir d’eau
correspond au nombre de tasses que vous voulez préparer. La cafetière utilise toute l’eau du
réservoir d’eau.

Utilisation avec des grains de café

Avertissement : Veillez à ce que le couvercle du réservoir d’eau soit toujours fermé

lorsque vous remplissez le bac à grains. Dans le cas contraire, les grains de café risquent

de tomber dans le réservoir d’eau et de bloquer l’orifice de remplissage.

1 Ouvrez le couvercle du bac à grains de café (Fig. 12).
2 Remplissez le double bac de grains de café frais. Vous pouvez remplir double bac avec deuxtypes
de grains de café. Assurez-vous que le double bac contient assez de grains pour la quantité de
café que vous voulez préparer (Fig. 13).
Remarque: Vérifiez à chaque utilisation que le double bac à grains est au moins à moitié rempli.

Avertissement : N’utilisez pas de grains de café caramélisés ou non torréfiés, cela

risquerait d’entraver le bon fonctionnement du moulin. Utilisez des grains de café au

lieu de grains de café expresso, car ces derniers risquent d’endommager le moulin à

café.

3 Ouvrez le support pour porte-filtre (Fig. 14).
4 Placez un filtre en papier (1x4 ou n°4) ou le filtre permanent dans le porte-filtre (Fig. 15).
5 Fermez le support du porte-filtre.
6 Tournez le sélecteur de mouture pour sélectionner le type de mouture souhaité (de fin à épais).
L’appareil propose neuf niveaux de moutures (Fig. 16).
Conseil: Le sélecteur de mouture vous permet de choisir entre neufmoutures différentes. Les
icônes indiquent les trois moutures optimales, mais vous pouvez choisir une mouture
intermédiaire. Nous vous conseillons d’essayer différents niveaux de mouture pour trouver celui
que vous préférez.
7 Tournez le sélecteur de bac pour choisir l’un des deuxbacs.
Remarque: Quand vous changez de bac ou de grains de café, il reste toujours des traces de café
du précédent type de grains de café. Pour éviter cela, nettoyez l’entonnoir du moulin lorsque vous
changez de type de grains de café.
8 Appuyez sur le bouton de sélection de l’intensité (Fig. 10). Les icônes de grain de café commencent
à clignoter.
9 Tournez le bouton de commande pour sélectionner l’intensité du café souhaitée: 1grain pour du
café doux, 2grains pour du café moyennement fort ou 3grains pour du café fort.
10 Appuyez au centre du bouton de commande pour confirmer l’intensité (Fig. 6).
11 Pour sélectionner le nombre de tasses, tournez le bouton de commande jusqu’à ce que le nombre
de tasses souhaité clignote sur l’afficheur.
Remarque: Notez que la cafetière utilise toute l’eau du réservoir d’eau. Si vous sélectionnez un
nombre de tasses inférieur à la quantité d’eau, le café sera plus doux que prévu.
12 Appuyez au centre du bouton de commande pour confirmer le nombre de tasses (Fig. 6).
