Delete an incoming message 1
When y ou listen t o the message,
pre ss MENU/OK t o enter the
options menu.

Select [DELETE] , then pre ss

• Make sur e that the answering machine is
switched on bef ore this f eature can be
applied.
Tip
• When y ou acce ss the answering machine
remot ely , y ou are rec ommended to set
the ring delay to [T OLL S AVER] mode.
This is a cost e ective w ay to manage your
message s. When ther e are new messages,
the answering machine picks up the call after
3 rings; When there is no message s, it picks
up the call aft er 5 rings.
Remote access Y ou can operat e your answering
machine when you ar e aw ay from
home. Simply make a c all to your
phone with a touch t one phone and
ent er your 4-digit PIN c ode.
