1 Important

allows the beaters and dough hooks to move up and down when they touch the bowl. The

twowirebeaters/stripbeaters(orkneadinghooks)moveindependentlyofeachother,which

allows them to adjust to the shape of every bowl. As a result, it is much easier to reach every

partofthebowlandtomixallingredientsthoroughly.TheFlexiMixsystemmakesthemixer
