To resolve the problem of the TV displaying "no device" and being stuck on a picture screen, you can follow these steps: 1. Check the connections: Make sure that the cables for the antenna, cable, or set-top box are properly connected to the TV. 2. Verify the input mode: Confirm that the selected input mode on the TV is connected to the working input jack. If you are using the PC mode, make sure your computer is not in sleep mode. 3. Check for power and signal: Ensure that the AC power cord is plugged in and that the AC outlet supplies the correct voltage. Also, try watching other TV channels to determine if the issue is limited to a specific broadcasting station or weak signal strength. 4. Adjust picture and sound settings: If the picture quality is poor, adjust the brightness and contrast settings in the TV's picture settings menu. 5. Check the sound settings: Make sure the audio cable is connected correctly to the TV. By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue.
