When we pick up a call it is frequently on speaker. How do we disconnect that? Also, is there a redial last number dialed feature?

We are using this base system with 3 additional desk phones, the problem we are having is that we can pick up calls at the same time or while on a call someone can pick up their handset and come in on the same line we are talking on. How can this be avoided?

Never mind, I found out the answer. Go to Menu, select phone settings then scroll all the way down to Line Privacy. Turn it on.
