I want to turn off 2 ringer on 2 sets, can I do that do I have turn them all off so I do not need to hear them? I have this new system with 5 sets?

The remote phone when a call comes in and I answer it I cannot hear the person calling nor when calling out the phone acts like it’s going to ring. On my cell it is ringing if that person answers i cannot hear that person at all I assume it’s just a setting but can’t figure it out.
