My phone provider (Comcast) system voicemail pre-empts my personal voicemail that I recorded on my Panasonic phone. (My old Panasonic's voicemail pre-empted the Comcast system voicemail unless I was on the phone) I would like similar settings on my Panasonic. According to the owners manual, I have increased the number of rings on my Comcast system hoping that the Panasonic voicemail would "kick in", but the phone still goes to Comcast voicemail. Please advise whether there is something I can do with my Panasonic, or if this is an issue I need to take up with Comcast? Thank you, Mark
