Somehow I've managed to select "Mute" on one handset and cannot work out to reverse it. The phone now is not audible on ringing.

Hello my new Panasonic KX-TGD 324 does not ring when called, message on screen says check phone line. The phone connection is the lead in the kit, click connection at each end. We have nbn. What is the problem
