Question and answer
Number of questions: 30We have a connector from Virgin media which connects the hub directly into the handset base. Could this be interfering with the handsets as they keep cutting out and the ring is very quiet?
Hi new phones kx-tgc222 1phone works on both docking units the other one is blank on screen checked battery’s and also won’t turn on hope this helps thanks john
how to change the time on the phone? I have tried several times using the menu and it is changed for a few hours and then it reverts to the old time???
can I buy replacement handsets? This system has lasted 23 years so I can't complain but now only two of the four handsets I have work. I was able to extend the life of the system by adding timer plugs to the provided handset docks. A stupid system having to keep the handsets connected to the mains 24/7 when Panasonic boast each have 200 hours standby. Obviously the main dock has to be connected to the mains 24/7 cuz if it's not: the system wouldn't be connected to the telephone exchange.
on my Panasonic KX-TGC222 digital cordless phone after i lift the handset and put in the phone number on my what do i push to dial the number?
Hi .I can receive calls but when I dial (any number) out, it says 'The number you have dialed is not recognised'. The phone previously worked well, it is new. This has only occurred recently. I cannot find any else wrong with the phone. Please advise, thank you.

Can I use this phone for VOIP, if not what should I use.
Cliff has asked: "Can I use this phone with VOIP" VoIP (voice over Internet Protocol) is one of two current digital telephone systems which landline operators are adopting. These systems must access the internet before the landline telephone can be used and this phone system is compatible with both. The more recent of the two is VoLTE Voice over Long Term Evolution) which uses the more sophisticated 4G network to connect calls through.
I've already asked my question. I'm providing extra info incase you guys want to know it. This system works with the current 4G VoLTE (Voice Over LTE (long term evolution)) telephony network which more and more landline telephone companies are adopting.
My telephone receives calls ok but when I try to dial out, instead of ringing, I get a continuous high pitched sound.
