We have two lines set up. When we are on line 1 and somebody calls us it goes straight to voicemail instead of ringing so we can pick up. How do we change that on our phone settings that would not want to use voicemail?

I have a Panasonic KX-TG9581 phone. It has a separate handset that I use in another room. The handset sits in an electronic holder that plugs into a wall outlet; this handset recharges when it's in its holder. Is another holder available for purchase? I'd like to have the option of keeping the handset in another room at night. That's all I need: the holder for the handset so it can recharge in another room.

I don't understand how to change the answer on/off on line 1 or line 2. On the display there is a bell with a line through it next to Line 1, and when I get a call, there is no ringing.
