L Use only t he powe r source m arked on the
prod uct .
L Do not o verload po wer out lets and
extension co rds. This can r esult in the ri sk
of fire or e lectric shock.
L Complete ly insert the AC ad aptor/powe r
plug into the power outlet. Failure to do so
may cause electric shock and/or excessive
heat resul ting in a f ire.
L Regular ly remov e any dust, etc. from t he
AC adaptor/power plug by pulling it from the
pow er ou tlet , the n wip ing w ith a dry cl oth .
Accumulate d dust may cause an insulation
defect from moistu re, etc. r esulting in a fire .
L Unp lug t he pr oduc t fr om pow er out let s if it
emits smoke, an ab normal smel l, or makes
an unusua l noise. T hese cond itions can
cause fir e or electr ic shock. Confi rm that
smoke has st opped emitting and contact an
authori sed servic e centre.
L Unplug fro m power outl ets and never tou ch
the inside of the pr oduct if its casing has
been brok en ope n.
L Never touch the plu g with wet hands.

Installation
L T o preven t the risk of fire or elec trical shock,
do not exp ose the product to ra in or a ny
type of mo isture.

waves emitted from this pr oduct may cause
such devices t o malfunction r esulting in an

cause a fire . If the telepho ne line cord plug

L Do not use th e product in health care
facilities if any re gulations posted in the
area inst ruct you not to do so. Hosp itals or

electri cal storm.
L Never install telephone line jacks in wet
locations unless the jack is specifically
designed for wet locations.
