alarm will not sound unti l the call has
ended.
L If you select “Once ”, the setting will
change to “Off ” after the alarm
sounds.
Special instructions for ringer setup Night mode Night mode allows you to select a block
of time during which the handset will not
ring for outside calls. This feature is
useful for times when you do not want to
be disturbed, f or example, while
sleeping.
Using the hand set phonebook’s
category feature (page 17), you can also
select categories of callers whose calls
will override night mode and ring the
handset (Caller ID subscribers only).
Set the date and time beforehand (p age
13).
Note:
L We recommend turning the base unit
ringer off (page 24) in addition to
turning the night mode feature on (KX-
TG8220/KX- TG8222).
