When the grass is longer than 4.5cm, the grass should be cut. The ideal length is between 3 and 4.5cm.
In the spring, the grass should be cut every week, while in the summer once every two weeks is sufficient.
You can, but the result is better in dry weather. When the grass is wet, grass clumps can easily form and clog the mower.
To adjust the cutting height of the Ozito PXCLMS-018 lawnmower, follow these steps: 1. Place the lawnmower on its side, ensuring that the blade is facing away from you and any bystanders. 2. Locate the wheel axle on the underside of the mower housing. 3. Pull the wheel axle towards the front of the mower to release it from its current position. 4. Choose the desired cutting height adjustment position by aligning the wheel axle with the corresponding slot on the mower housing. Make sure that all wheels are located in the same cutting height adjustment position. 5. Once the wheel axle is in the desired position, release it to secure it in place. 6. Repeat this process for all four wheels to ensure consistent cutting height across the entire lawnmower. 7. Check that the front, back, left, and right wheels are all set to the same cutting height adjustment position. 8. Once the cutting height is adjusted, return the lawnmower to its upright position. Remember to always wear appropriate protective gear and follow safety guidelines while operating the lawnmower. Regularly check for signs of wear or damage and replace any worn or damaged parts for safety reasons.
If the lawnmower does not start when you insert the safety key, you can try the following steps: 1. Check underneath the mower for any clogs or debris and clear them out if necessary. 2. Ensure that the battery is adequately charged. If the battery is low, charge it before attempting to start the lawnmower. 3. Make sure that the battery is inserted properly into the mower. Ensure it is securely connected. 4. If the grass is too long, raise the cutting height to reduce the starting load on the lawnmower. 5. Check if the safety key is inserted correctly. Make sure it is fitted properly and securely. 6. If the lawnmower is hard to push, it may be due to the cutting height being set too low. Adjust the cutting height to a higher setting. 7. If the cutting blade is blunt, replace it with a new one. 8. If the lawnmower continues to have issues, such as vibrating excessively or stopping while cutting, it may require further inspection or maintenance. Consider contacting customer support or a professional for assistance. Remember to always follow safety guidelines and refer to the manual for specific instructions related to your Ozito PXCLMS-018 lawnmower.

You can use a piece of timber to hold the blade in place while removing the screw. 4. Remove the blade screw, washer, and blade from the mower. 5. To fit the new blade, align the lugs on the blade with the center hole on the mower housing. 6. Place the washer over the blade screw and insert it into the center hole. 7. Tighten the blade screw with a universal wrench. The recommended tightening torque is approximately 25 Nm. 8. Ensure that the blade is securely fastened and does not wobble. 9. Before using the lawnmower and after any impact, check for signs of wear or damage and repair as necessary. 4. Make sure the blade is not worn or damaged. Replace a worn or damaged blade together with the blade bolt to maintain balance. 5. Avoid mowing in poor visibility conditions, rain, or when the grass is wet. 6. Start mowing the edge of the lawn and work along, overlapping each pass by a few centimeters for optimum grass collection. 7. Mow in a straight line and avoid swinging the lawnmower from side to side. 8. When mowing long grass, avoid overloading the motor. Start with the highest cutting height and gradually lower it to the desired height. 9. Check the cutting height adjustment positions on the underside of the mower housing. Ensure that the wheels are located in the same cutting height adjustment position for consistent cutting height. 10. Adjust the cutting height to the desired position using the wheel axle.
