Hello I have an ascona 570g bbq & want to buy a replacement burner as this burner ring is burnt out ...can I purchase this from you guys

I have just purchased the Ascona 570 and have put it together correctly. However there appears to be an issue with the gas pressure as it keeps going out. There is a weak yellow flame on the larger ring and the smaller ring does not ignite at all. Can you advise what the problem is please.
