Hello. I can't select the option to set my new projector to project downwards from above. It's stuck on the opposite and the menu with the option to change it (image 01) will come up but I can't move the selection right or left or up or down. When I have that menu open, the up and down arrows on my remote (or the projector's control panel itself) just flip the image either vertically or horizontally (images 02 & 03). So I can never select what I want. Please help.
